Contractors & construction · worldwide · 100% remote

A contractor website
that shows what you can handle.

Reference projects, plant and the job types you want more of. Built so a client can see in a minute whether you're big enough for the work.

01 / the problem

The client checks you before they ring.

Before anyone puts work out to tender, they look you up. They're after one thing: have they built something like this before?

If the answer isn't there in thirty seconds, you drop out of consideration. Not because you couldn't, but because nobody could see it.

References aren't decoration in your trade. They're the qualification.

02 / what you get

What a client is looking for.

Reference projects
Each project as its own page with photos, scope and what you handled. That's what gets read
Job types
A page per type: groundwork, drainage, paving, design-and-build. So Google can match you to the search
Plant and equipment
What you own outright. It answers the capacity question without anyone having to ask
Service area
Which part of the country you travel to, written so search engines can read it
Certifications
Accreditations, safety certificates and insurance, gathered in one place
Contact the right person
Who to ring about what. Saves you calls and the client time

03 / proof

I've built in this world before.

from my own work

Occupational health consultant Christian Jordansen got a site with seven subpages, a blog and Danish SEO. Same logic as a contractor site: the expertise has to be legible to someone outside the trade, and findable by someone looking for exactly that service.

04 / what you always get

Built from scratch. Not from a template.

i

Everything is built from scratch

I don't buy a theme and swap the logo. Every site is built from the first line of code, for your business. That's why your site won't look like the four others in your industry that bought the same template from the same agency.

And it means you can have exactly what you ask for. Not what the template allows.

ii

AI, used by someone who builds with it

I've spent two years building with AI, not just using it. I built the SEO system I run for my clients myself, and I work daily with AI-generated visuals, effects and animations that very few agencies in Denmark offer yet.

I use it in two places: to make the site faster and cheaper to build, and to give it details no template can deliver. The result is a site that looks like nothing anyone else has.

iii

Guarantee: you revise until it's right

There's no limit on revisions, and I don't charge per change. If you're not happy with the design, I redo it. You also see the design draft before you pay anything, so you know exactly what you're buying.

iv

You won't be forgotten in the crowd

Every six months you get a service report: how the site is performing, what has changed in Google's requirements since last time, and what I suggest doing about it. You don't have to keep an eye on it, and you don't have to chase me for it.

It's not a sales email. It's a status on something you've paid for.

05 / questions

What people ask.

How many references should we include?

Five to ten is enough to start. Pick the ones that resemble the work you want more of, not just the biggest.

Can we add new projects ourselves?

Yes. It's built so a project manager can put up a project with photos and text without calling anyone.

What does it cost?

From 900 USD for a full build with a reference system and several job types. Fixed price after our conversation.

We have both private and commercial clients.

Then the site should split. Those two groups are looking for completely different things, and a site trying to address both at once addresses neither.

Send me your site.
I'll tell you what a client is missing.

You get an SEO test and a design draft. No obligation, and I'll say honestly if there's nothing to fix.
